Charles
Geffen - President, Chief Branding Officer. Charles is
an attorney with experience in business development, branding,
licensing and complex litigation. He has counseled clients
in areas such as global sports ventures, intellectual property
packaging, publishing and e-business. Charles received a B.S.
in mathematics from Drexel University and his law degree from
the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.

Steve Griffith - Corporate Marketing and Sales. Steve has 25 years
experience in brand marketing, sponsorship sales and public relations.
He has worked with world-class media, sports, entertainment, and destination
properties such as NBC Sports, Madison Square Garden, Main Events, the
Worldwide Senior Tennis Circuit and the National Historic Seaport of Baltimore.
He has been involved in the promotion of major events such as the Super
Bowl, Wimbledon and World Series, and has worked with several prominent
sports figures. Steve is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University with
a B.A. in Journalism.

Billy
Haughton - Director of Harness Racing Operations. Billy is the
son of Bill Haughton, perhaps the greatest trainer/driver in
the
history
of the sport of harness racing.
Billy
has been immersed in the business of harness racing throughout
his life from grooming and training to stable administration and
ownership of a horseman's insurance agency. His entire family continues
to be involved in the harness racing industry including training/driving,
management of the Harness Racing Hall of Fame and as presiding
judge at a prominent track. Billy has numerous friends and contacts
among horse owners, track personnel, media interests and industry
organizations. Billy attended Wake Forest University and New York
Institute of Technology majoring in marketing and business administration.

Cooper, M.D., M.B.A.
- Vice President, Finance. Mark is a strategic consultant to
business entities with interests in healthcare. He serves as
Clinical Director
for MRI Services and Chief of the Department of Body Imaging
Services at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (TJUH), Methodist
Division,
in Philadelphia. Mark has advised companies such as Howard Fischer
Associates, Paul S. Bachow Associates and Goldman, Sachs & Co.,
and is on the board of directors of Interactive Medicine Inc.
He owns a world-renowned collection of baseball games and is
a consultant
and contributor to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Mark received his
degree in medicine from TJUH and holds an M.B.A from St. Joseph's
University.

Richard C. Meltz, D.O. - Vice President, Health Care
and Pharmaceutical Branding. Richard is a practicing obstetric
surgeon and an associate professor at Temple University School
of Medicine in Philadelphia. He is experienced in managing
a multi-physician practice and negotiating contracts with
regional and national insurance carriers. Richard regularly
serves as
a consultant to and lecturer for healthcare and pharmaceutical
concerns such as Proctor & Gamble, Aventis and Conceptus.
Richard received his osteopathic medical degree from PCOM
in Philadelphia.

services to real estate and other business entities. He is the founder/past
president of Quaker State Certified Development Company, a federally
